Simmonds builders and contractors is a small family run company established in 1978 and recently incorporated.

Our business philosophy is to provide first class customer relations and unbeatable standards of workmanship by superior project management from the first day on site to the last. We are happy to provide friendly advice, estimates and quotations, free without any pressure or obligation.

In 2006 we were pleased to be accepted as members of the trade association ‘Federation of Master Builders’ (FMB) and the governments new initiative ‘Trustmark’ scheme under which standard of workmanship is regularly vetted by independent local authority building control officers.

The scheme is designed to elevate perception of the small builder in the industry, keeping business and build standards high thus protecting consumers from the bad tradesmen that we do unfortunately hear about from time to time. This scheme fits perfectly with our work ethic, which is why we endorse it and have become affiliated members, it is our aegis and we wear it proudly.
